This time, it's on breeds...
This is how I pick my breeds...
For example: "Aang's Appa"

Now that I have gathered all the breeds that I find are closest looking to Appa, I pick which breed looks the most like him.
Appa has a short back... So, that means Boulonnais and Normandy Cob are out.
In my opinion, he looks closest to Percheron and that's what his breed shall be!

I do the very same thing! My SM "Aang's Appa" (who I named Avalanche) is a Percheron also.

I named mine after Avatar: The Last Airbender (if you ever watched that show LOL my favourite childhood show). It seems like Percheron really suits this mold
